How I approach a build
Understand
Before any code, I get clear on what the product actually needs to do and who's using it — not just what it should look like.
Design the data
Pages and UI come later. First I map the models, relationships, and flows — the part that decides whether the app holds up once it's real.
Ship in pieces
UI first, then wired to real data, then refined. You see progress early instead of waiting for one big reveal.
